Plate beamsplitters-precision grade (λ/4) These Precision grade Beamsplitters are considerably lighter and cheaper than traditional cube beamsplitters, and avoid problems with stray back reflected light from entry and exit faces. These Precision grade Beamsplitters are available for use in Visible and Infrared wavelengths with 50/50 split ratio. These Precision grade Beamsplitters have ion-plated dielectric multilayer coatings giving excellent durability and neutrality and are much less affected by temperature changes than ordinary coatings. The back of the Beamsplitters are multilayer AR coated to almost eliminate the spurious reflection.  These Precision grade Beamsplitters are made from optically polished BK7, flat and parallel. Typical usage is in laser applications.
